Head Chef, Tom Hunt has been cooking innovative food in Pembrokeshire for most of his life. Tom gained a name for himself in several Pembrokeshire restaurants with his ‘Seafood Specials’.
It was the popularity of these seafood dishes that inspired Tom and his partner Sam, to setup a seafood restaurant in Narberth, their hometown.
